For 36 years I had the pleasure of leading a company with less than a half million dollars in revenue and 4 employees when I arrived, to one of the largest in North America (#180 out of 200,000, Top 1/10th of 1%) with 195 employees at the time of my departure. I had the honor to recruit and lead hundreds of intelligent, hardworking, self-motivated, highly productive technology professionals. We constantly challenged each other to be the best we could be. It was a wonderful teaching and learning experience.

Now, I want to share that knowledge and create that culture and success with six to eight other technology VARs that want to accelerate their growth and enhance their customer’s experience.

Rather than approaching my clients with a standard solution as many consultants do, my approach is to visit the company, meet with all the key stakeholders and the company’s leadership to customize a plan specifically designed for each company’s specific needs, enabling them to achieve hyper growth. We start by addressing the areas that will generate the most significant revenue gains in the least amount of time.
